During this festive period, we felt the urge to help Bridge of Hope Celebrate their Christmas with some foodstuffs. The home is run by Mr & Mrs. Honey Mathenge. Currently, there are 125 Children, where 61 are in Primary Schools, 40 in Secondary Schools 24 are in colleges & universities. The Orphanage is located in GilGil, Nakuru County, which is approximately 150 Km from Capital Nairobi.
We bought Rice
Maize Flour, Wheat flour, Vegetable Cooking Oil, Fresh Juice and Biscuits.
It was a
festive season and they were short of food.
We needed to put a smile on these kid's faces, that they may feel like
any other children who indeed felt loved.
